1. Book Your Date
Let us know the date of your event. Booking is done using a secure Stripe payment link.
2. Before Your Event
Once your guest book is booked, and before your event, we will contact you to record a welcome message for your phone, and how you can pick up and drop off your phone for your event.
3. Pick up your phone and receive your phone number
About a week before your event, you pick up your phone from our location in the Lower Mainland. Delivery outside of Vancouver is available for an additional fee.
4. Create Memories
Setup a sign to tell your guests about your audio guest book phone number. Your guests will record their messages with their own phones for you to listen to later.
5. We Compile Your Memories
After your event, return the phone to us so we can assemble your messages for you to play back. You receive a link from which you can download all the recorded messages within one week of your event.
6. Relive Your Day
Listen to the messages recorded by your loved ones whenever you want to hear their voices, using the playback link. You can also buy one of our radios to play back your messages.
